Over-commitment feels like a death by a thousand cuts. While it can be challenging to watch TODOs pile up and urgent issues burn, I'm focusing on doing less but better this month.
The book is 99.9% finished except for the last step of uploading it to Amazon! I'll do that when I have a breather to promote it vs publish and forget about it.
